This HSE Policy is implemented by:

Developing and maintaining an appropriate Health, Safety & Environmental Management System (HSE MS) to define required performance standards

Monitoring performance standards and ensure that they are implemented by Line Managers, who are fully responsible for ensuring that all activities under their control are executed in line with the HSE Policy

Requiring that all the employees are properly informed and trained to fulfill the HSE standards and prevent illness, injury, damages and loss

Ensuring the appointed Suppliers and Contractors apply Flex Engineering Ltd. HSE Standards

Conduct HSE reviews and audits in order to identify shortcomings within the organization and ensure compliance with local, international and corporate standards and regulations

Plan for, respond to and recover from any emergency, crisis and business disruption

Develop and implement a Risk Assessment-based approach in conducting business operations
