The consultancy services provided by Flex Engineering is custom made and can be tailored on the basis of the clients needs and targets, however the typical consultancy services for O&G Project includes information and technical support/advice on the following main areas:

  1. Project Overview (Project Scope, Targets and Key Risks, Operator and Business Partners, Project Governance)
     

  2. Project Contracting Strategy (FEED Strategy, Main Contract and Early Works Packages, Long Lead Items, Construction contracts (EPC/EPCM/EPCI), Start-up & Commissioning Strategy, O&M Strategy)
     

  3. Project Tendering Strategy (Main Package Tendering Strategy, Potential Bidders and Sub-Contractors/Sub-Suppliers, Bid Packages Price Structure and Compensation Mechanism, Bid main qualification criteria, Tender Evaluation Criteria)
     

  4. Contracts Administration follow-up (Support to negotiate/finalize Contracts Amendments and Variation Orders, Assistance to solve disputed resolutions, Claims close-out)

Flex Engineering services will include also the technical support to Clients to better understand the Project targets, to identify and finalize agreements with strategic partners, to develop the bidding strategy, to comply with the qualification criteria and tender evaluation requirements.
